Good and Welfare
- Brad Hanlon may be leaving our department to
pursue a job at the Boone County Sheriff’s office. We would like to thank
Brad for his time served, and wish him the best of luck.
- David Perkins would like to thank everyone who
helped, and attended his Father’s wake.
- We would like to wish all the paramedic students good
luck on there National Registry test this month.
Instillation of New Officers
President Austin Kresser,
Vice President Adam Peddicord, and Secretary Anthony Crouch were sworn in for a
two year term to serve on the Executive board.

Business
·
Greg McDermott
made a motion to purchase a ¼ add in the 2004 IAFF conference guide book
sponsored by the Boston Professional Firefighters at a cost of $300.00. Motion
2nd by Wayne Isaacs, motion carried.

Secretary Crouch
is looking in to Credit cards for the E-board
·
President Kresser
would like to look into a by-law change to allow the E-board to have a spending
account of $100.00 per month for union expenses
·
Mike Fronimos
would like to invite any members to walk in class A uniform with the union
banner in the Saint Patrick’s parade on March 14 2004.
·
Secretary Crouch
is looking into obtaining a tax-exempt status with the IRS. A motion was made
to spend $150.00 for the application fee to the IRS by Mike Fronimos 2nd
by Mark Rolfsen, motion carried.

Brad Hanlon brought
up for us to check into if Matt Chalk had paid all his restitution money. It
was investigated during the meeting and determined he has paid in full.

Jeff Hartline
would like to head up a recycling program with our pop cans.
·
Secretary Crouch
would like to head up a committee for a website. Jason Ellis was also appointed
to the committee. If anyone has any ideas or would like to join the committee
please see secretary Crouch.

Mike Fronimos
brought up the union possibly donating money towards the Fire safety house for
the department. The discussion was tabled until a later meeting.
