Membership

 

Motion to accept resignation in good standing from Adam Peddicord as a member of L-3784 by Craig Smith, 2nd by Brandon Johnson. Motion passed

 

President’s Report

 

A new vending committee will be formed with Brandon Johnson, and Craig Smith as the members.

 

Secretary/Treasures Report

 

We have some outstanding checks that need to be cashed.

 

A special meeting will be held on September 24 @ 0750 to accept nominations for a new vice president.

Safe for vending has been purchased.

 

Wayne Isaacs has been reimbursed for the derby car.

Good and Welfare

 

Congratulations to Craig Smith for a promotion to Apparatus Operator.

 

Congratulations to Tony Crouch for promotion to Lieutenant.

 

Congratulations to Andy Ifcic for becoming an employee at the September board meeting

 

Steve Puglisi thanked Tony Crouch for installing the pond.

 

 

New Business

 

A motion was made to purchase two Sams cards for the new vending committee. (Craig Smith, and Brandon Johnson) by Steve Puglisi 2nd by Tom Work. Motion passed.

 

A motion was made to purchase 512mb memory stick for the union’s laptop at a cost of $109.00 by Greg McDermott 2nd by Tom Work.

 

 

 

A motion to purchase one park bench to display by the pond at station 1 in the amount up to $200.00 by Steve Puglisi, 2nd by Craig Smith. Motion Passed

 

Brandon Johnson brought up the possibility of holding a Texas hold-um tournament in the winter; he will research the idea some more and report back.
